Are you getting enough sleep now that the crazy hours of tax season have arrived? The National Sleep Foundation tells us that depending on your age, you should be getting between seven and nine hours of sleep every night:
- Younger adults (18-25): Sleep range is 7-9 hours
- Adults (26-64): Sleep range is 7-9 hours
- Older adults (65+): Sleep range is 7-8 hours
