ProFinder discovered five unique professional personas – each of which embodies specific motivators, as well as attitudes toward work and job security. This is about the world of giggers, self-employed professionals you may have as clients. As you can see, there are various reasons why more professionals are opting into part-time or full-time freelancing. Their motivation for opting out of the traditional workplace correlates with how satisfied they are with gig work, as well as their outlook for the future.
