At Intuit®, we talk to you, our tax pro customers, every day, to learn what your needs are and what drives your business forward. From these conversations, we’ve learned how essential connections are to the success of your practice – connections linking you to people, institutions and data. We are committed to helping you connect more so that you can create more, accomplish more and be more for your clients.
To demonstrate that commitment, we’re pulling our family of professional tax products together under a new portfolio brand called Intuit® ProConnect™. All of our current offerings, including our core tax software (ProConnect Tax Online, Lacerte® and ProSeries®) and value-added services such as Link, will fall under this new brand.
Rest assured, the software functionality will not be changing because of this brand introduction, and you don’t have to do anything differently from your end. So, what is changing? You will soon see the ProConnect logo on your software and on all communications from Lacerte, ProSeries and Intuit Tax Online. You’ll also begin to see some changes on our website starting today, including the addition of our new logo.
Our new logo includes a blue circle with a two-sided white arrow. Overall, the arrow represents growth – for your practice, your clients, your revenue and yourself. The arrow is two sided to represent the interdependent relationship between you, the tax professional, and your client, and that you can both achieve growth by working together.
“We hope that over time, you see a positive impact due to what this new brand portfolio represents,” said Patti Newcomer, vice president of marketing at Intuit ProConnect. “We’ve prioritized your need to better connect with your clients and are making that part of our mission. This means that everything we do, from product innovation to customer service, will be focused on delivering against this mission.”
