By now, you may have already seen the new My Account experience that Intuit® ProConnect™ has launched for its Lacerte® and ProSeries® customers. The first phase of our launch is complete, and we hope you are enjoying the new easy-to-use website, including a more user-friendly design, a mobile-friendly design and faster page-load speeds.
As we rebuild every piece of My Account functionality, we will have a few more updates planned over the next few months. Here’s a preview of the changes you can expect:
- In January, we’ll introduce a new and improved training center, including a more user-friendly design and new training content.
- After the tax season ends in April, we’ll launch an upgraded renewal experience to make it even easier for you to renew your software for next year.
